I suppose the fear — and I wouldn’t pretend to understand Wall Street — lies in the idea of a single product company. However wonderful and strong that product is, someone, something can appear to crush it.

Atari, AOL, Pet Rocks, Baldwin Locomotives, it doesn’t really matter. That the most coveted phone now will be the most coveted phone in 2 years… well, I remember Nokia.

Also, from a socialist side, if Apple can’t spend all its money… it should be paying a sh**ton of taxes.
